Founded in 1983 and headquartered in San Jose of California, MA LABS is a 1.9 billion global computer product distributor and DRAM/Flash product manufacturer. The company's product line encompasses everything in the PC, including memory modules, CPUs, storage products, motherboards, multimedia, video graphic cards, communication products, notebooks, and Microsoft products.

 

We are currently looking for a Sr. Sales Manager for our new Chicago Branch, which open last year July and fast growing! 

 

Main Responsibility:

 

  • Manages branch sales force to maximize profits and minimize expenses.
  • Ensures the achievement of branch sales/profit goals.
  • Assesses area potential and develops annual branch business plans to ensure development of current business and expending the new business in the International territory.
  • Drives aggressive growth sales strategies which include the creation of successful partnerships and new business development plan.
  • Motivate and help train new sales reps on best practices and methodologies
  • Develops and cultivates good customer relations. Responds to customers needs, consistent with Company standards, culture, and business practices.
  • Generates relevant reports and Company management as termination, review, and development of Branch Sales reps.
  • Drives the Company Culture in the branch and throughout the company to ensure unity of purpose and fulfillment of Companies Mission.

 

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of seven years of PROVEN sales experience in the similar industries. (i.e. Computer Distribution, VARs, reseller or OEMs).
  • Minimum of three years of previous management experience.
  • Demonstrated skills and abilities in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Proven skills and experience with sales processes, systems and procedures.
  • Proven account management skills and experience.
  • Proven experience in meeting and/or exceeding sales productivity goals.
  • Ability to work and strive in a fast pacing work environment.
