These are just a few of the honors that make St. Cloud Hospital a unique and great place to work!  We are currently seeking a Care Center Director for our Neurosciences/Spine Care service line.

This newly created, key leadership position is responsible for developing and executing strategic business and operational initiatives to establish and maintain the region’s leading Neuroscience and Spine Center of Excellence.

Our successful candidate will:

• Develop and nurture collaborative working relationships that create a sense of ownership in the neuroscience and spine service line.
• Create a vision with hospital department leaders, neurologists and neurosurgeons as well as other staff and specialists involved in the care continuum for neuroscience and spine patients.
• Support and mentor physicians in service line leadership roles. 
• Provide administrative oversight for the entire service line.
• Demonstrate leadership and commitment to excellence in patient care and service. 
• Develop and lead performance improvement initiatives related to volume, revenue, cost, quality and patient, physician and staff satisfaction.
• Maintain “expert" knowledge of the neuroscience and spine care fields and creates a “future outlook" to leverage new technologies and/or discoveries that maximize opportunity or minimize margin erosion.
• Conduct technology equipment planning and negotiation.
• Represent the neuroscience and spine service line in the community and other external agencies locally and nationally. 

Desired minimum qualifications:

Masters Degree in health related field and/or business required.  Specific related experience may be substituted for academic credentials in some instances.  Minimum of five years experience in area of specialization (Neuroscience/Spine Care), at least two of which must be in a supervisory or management position.
