Description
Operations/Installation Manager
Rasa Floors and Carpet Cleaning is a successful, fast-paced, fun flooring company. Founded in 1994, we currently have 7 locations throughout Texas and are a privately owned, family oriented company.
We are seeking an Operations/Installation Manager to oversee warehouse operations, manage installation contractors and provide quality assurance for carpet installations in the Waco and Killeen area. Installation and Flooring experience a plus but not required. Candidates must be bilingual and be able to work a flexible to be considered.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Supervise warehouse and manage installers needs
- Communicate with installers to ensure work is completed according to schedule
- Preform quality assurance inspections in the field
- Resolving challenges with customers
- Manual labor duties in warehouse - load/unload; cutting carpet
- Computer based inventory
- Other job duties as assigned

Requirements
- Able to work flexible hours
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- Must have an maintain valid Texas Drivers License
- Be at least 21 yrs of age (for insurance purposes)
- Must be insurable for Auto Insurance
- Supervisory experience a plus
- Installation and Flooring experience a plus
