One of the Nation's Leaders in Fast Casual Dining needs a very strong Corporate DM/DO level candidate for an expanding market!!
This is one of the strongest Fast Casual concepts in the Nation. And they need a strong District Manager/Director of Operations that currently lives in this market with tremendous personality to help them grow their concept. There is no breakfast, no late nights and no Drive-Thru. It is a fresh kitchen and it is very hands on production, but extremely guest focused, as well. If you meet the requirements below, we need to speak with you today.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years in a Multi-Unit Management restaurant role where you are responsible for a Corporate market of at least 7-12units.
Must be CURRENTLY employed as a Multi-Unit Manager (preferably 2nd Tier).
Experience in a mainstream concept with good structure.
Proven ability to train and develop managers.
Above average energy and enthusiasm for taking care of guests.
Extensive experience opening new restaurants from the ground up, including equipment ordering and assembly.
Ability to attack situations with a "Pit Bull" mentality.
