Position Responsibilities:
·Track and monitor accounts in salesforce.com program
·Partner with store management team on the development of key customer accounts and attainment of incremental sales goals.
·Increase total product spend and retention rates among our existing business customer primarily in the copy and print shop.
·Establish strong community ties with the Chamber of Commerce and local businesses organizations.
·Through in person contacts (cold calling, prospecting) identify and develop existing Staples business customers at the administrative, management and senior management levels.
·Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures
·Perform other related duties as assigned
