Essential Functions
•Reviews daily sales expectations and current status with General Manager
•Sets and evaluates monthly sales plans to ensure success
•Meets with Sales staff, setting daily, monthly quotas and reviewing progress to quotas
and goals
•Runs daily Sales Meetings with Sales Team and FSM
•Ensures that all daily activities are met through better skill levels, street reach, casual leasing and corporate prospecting
•Trains and develops MCs to increase skill level (ratios) and meet an increase in monthly sales outcome
•Act in the capacity of General Manager in the GM’s absence
Daily Responsibilities
•Runs all aspects of the morning flow
•Validates that all of the sales tools are being utilized correctly
•Meets with MCs to increase skill level and ratios
•Completes all daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
•Participates in daily and weekly CASS calls (along with GM)
•Reviews and redirects all sales plans
•Runs daily team and rally meetings
•Leads daily prospecting events
•Meets with General Manager to review daily and mtd sales status
•Walks the physical plant noting any maintenance and housekeeping issues---resolves by immediate action or communication to the GM
