Network Manager

• Managing all aspects of the implementation, support and maintenance of the network infrastructure to ensure maximum performance and uninterrupted availability.

• Researching and designing optimal configurations to advance the network infrastructure. 

• Developing policies and procedures for standards and technology life cycle management.

• Developing, implementing and enforcing a comprehensive customer service culture within the Technology Services Network team. 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum five years experience in Information Technology related field.
• Two years experience managing IT staff and processes.
• Extensive knowledge of networks, servers, data center systems, telecommunications and peripheral devices.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, project management, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to communicate complex problems clearly with all levels of organizational staff.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Ability to work under pressure and remain adaptable in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
• Microsoft or Cisco certification required.
• Valid New York driver's license.
• May require working some nights and weekends.
