This job requires 4 years of hands-on commercial construction financial and cost accounting experience.  Must have experience in working with large accounting systems.  Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.  No travel required.  Scottsdale Airpark location.

Responsibilities:

• Provide over-the-phone application support to our client companies on a routine basis
• Analyze client software issues and provide solution in a real-time environment
• Provide excellent customer service

• Minimum of four (4) years of hands-on cost accounting experience in the commercial construction or heavy highway construction industries
• Prefer experience in construction companies of over $75MM in revenue with the title of Senior Staff Accountant, Project Accountant, Assistant Controller, Controller
• Must possess excellent oral communication skills.
• Possess a minimum typing speed of 45 WPM
• Excellent overall computer and software skills
• Must be a disciplined “self-starter"
• College degree required. Prefer accounting or finance
• Must be comfortable in a job with a long learning curve
