Description Our Elk Grove Village based client is seeking an experienced Account Manager / Customer Service Representative. Primary duties of the position are communicating with customers, entering orders/customer information into QuickBooks, and managing customer accounts. Ideal candidate will be self directed and a willing team player. Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent attention to detail are needed. Experience on QuickBooks is a must have.

Requirements

10+ years account management / customer service experience
working knowledge of QuickBooks Pro or QuickBooks Enterprise
strong written and verbal communication skills
working knowledge of Microsoft Office
experience in manufacturing, distribution or transportation industry is a plus
