Description
Debt Shield, Inc. is one of the fastest growing companies in the debt settlement industry serving clients nationwide. Our team has years of dedicated experience and is knowledgeable in the debt settlement, consumer credit counseling, mortgage, collections and banking industries.
Currently, we are seeking a Debt Analyst responsible for making an estimated 150+ calls per day, contacting consumers who have expressed interest in debt resolution. The position is responsible for transferring those consumers qualified for our debt settlement program to a Debt Consultant for a financial consultation or suggesting alternatives to consumers not applicable for our program.
The position pays $10-$12/hour and also includes an eligible monthly bonus.
Requirements
Desired Qualifications:
- High school degree required
- Minimum of 2 years telemarketing, call center, or sales experience preferred
- Excellent phone skills
- Excels in a fast paced results oriented work environment
- Flexible working hours
