District Manager (Retail division)

The District Manager performs the following duties: Meets with assigned customers on  regular basis.  Inspects facilities to insure quality standards are maintained.  Promotes One Time Jobs and special projects to customers.  Meets with Project Manager and Supervisor on a regular basis.  Provides support and training as needed.  Reviews work schedules and assigns special projects. Reviews all payroll and time records for compliance and accuracy on a weekly basis.  Insures labor costs are maintained within budget. Reviews budget on a regular basis and maintains assigned accounts accordingly.  Initiates cost saving and productivity measures. Implements approved operational policies and procedures.  Performs other duties that may be assigned by Operations Manager or General Manager.  Ensures availability and adequacy of equipment, supplies and materials.

The District Manager meets the following requirements: Two years of experience in cleaning, customer service, or a related field is required. A two-year degree is also required. District Managers will travel between work sites (usually by car) about 25% of the time. Qualified candidates are organized and able to multi-task. Candidates should have strong janitorial and customer relations skills.
