As Sales Manager for Aaron's Sales responsibilities vary from learning the core of the business, maintaining sales, and customer service. The objective of a Sales Manager would be to master all aspects of our business so you will have the ability to be promoted to General Manager of one of our stores and run that store successfully.

Job Requirements

-Two or more years of college OR Two or more years of customer service and/or supervisory experience pref. 
-MUST PASS CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT/LOAD MERCHANDISE MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG TEST
-The outstanding candidate will have superior communication/organizational skills. He/she will possess a verifiable successful work/education background, be self motivated, and detailed oriented. Our desired candidate must also be an individual contributor with a team-minded attitude.
