Our Executive Total Compensation practice is looking for experienced consultants to contribute to the practice in the areas of business development and consulting services.
Requirements
Duties include:
Consulting/Client Work:
· Build and maintain ongoing client relationships and fulfill consulting services and speaking engagements.
· Conduct presentations to clients.
· Provide problem solving and consulting assistance to clients on complex issues related to executive compensation projects.
· Lead project teams and work closely with project leaders in design and execution of products and services offered by the Executive Total Compensation Practice.
Business Development:
- Market, sell and execute all products and services within the Executive Total Compensation Practice to both current and new clients.
- Represent all areas of Integrated Healthcare Strategies products and services with external constituencies, professional associations, advisory groups, and others through speaking engagements, white papers, etc.
- Build solid relationships with health care organizations, prospective clients, professional societies, associations and similar groups.
- Meet or exceed targeted revenue goals through personal billing, referrals and sales. Consistently generate sales and production revenue at a level to be determined annually.
- Provide introductions and referrals to other divisions of the organization.
- Participate in the development of new products and services to meet a changing marketplace.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or health care related field required; Master’s degree preferred, but significant experience will suffice.
- Experience in marketing, strategy, human resource, and/or management consulting with a proven track record of results in personal sales and client relationship management is strongly preferred.
- Ideal candidate is either an experienced compensation or benefits consultant, or a well-regarded healthcare executive who has developed a significant presence in the healthcare industry.
- Strong prospecting, business development and consulting skills.
- Ability to develop consensus through persuasion while leading initiatives to meet client expectations.
- Goal oriented and driven for success.
- High energy level.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven project management ability.
- Ability to develop and maintain factual knowledge in the following areas:
· Health care industry, such as general knowledge of the regulatory, accounting and/or political environment of healthcare entities
· IRS regulations, accounting and audit practices
· Executive compensation and nonqualified plans.
· Ability to develop and maintain experiential knowledge in the following areas:
· Selling to or consulting with high net worth individuals (i.e., health care executives, CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Physicians, Board of Directors, Executive Compensation Committees, etc.)
· Relating to and calling on health care executives, and experience working in those areas
· Representing an intangible product or service and a success record in that environment
· Selling to or consulting with high net worth individuals
