ASSISTANT MANAGER:

 

  • Experience is required in both retail and management
  • Flexibility is a must – days, evenings, weekends, and some Holidays may be required, overtime is paid for all major Holidays
  • Must be able to achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Merchandise the shop according to company policy and current promotions
  • Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels on all products
  • Work well individually as well as supervise a team of Associates
  • Adhere to all company Loss Prevention policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service at all times
