Description / Responsibilities
Provide a single point of contact for the support and escalation of all IT Service Requests received via live-chat, web, or over the phone. Provide onsite dispatch support when required.
Skills / Experience
One - two years of personal computer technical experience is required, including the ability to perform basic PC software and hardware troubleshooting. Proven knowledge and understanding of the basic technical aspects of telecommunication equipment and transmissions may be required if incumbent has telecommunications responsibility. Customer service orientation is strongly preferred and the ability to work on multiple tasks required
