JOB TITLE:  Customer Service Representative  

• Basic understanding of hospital billing process.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must be able to work M-F 11am-8pm
• Medical terminology preferred. 
• 2 years or more of healthcare Self-pay collection experience.
• Ability to read, writes, speak and understand English.
• Bilingual a plus, Spanish preferred.
• Call center experience.
• Ability to operate equipment that may be necessary to perform job duties.
• Excellent analytical skills .
• Maintain production and quality assurance standards according to department guidelines including Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and HIPAA compliance.
