Clinical Liaison
We are seeking a Clinical Liaison to work our Westchester Campus of Care location.

Position Summary:
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. 1. Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact.
2. Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
3. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a health or human services field required. RN /LPN license required in AZ.
4. Experience: 2 years of experience in a Marketing role for a health care provider, or in an information and referral resource role.
5. Skills and Knowledge:
· Must have consistent and documented experience in health care or geriatric marketing.
· Knowledge of customer service and marketing principles and practice.
· Extensive knowledge of community resources available to seniors and their families.
· Ability to effectively represent the program to participants, families, outside agencies, community groups, community professionals and the general public.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent public speaking skills for large and small groups.
· Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
· Ability to establish effective relationships with community members, referral sources and co-workers.
· Ability to maintain accurate records and to prepare clear and concise reports, correspondence and other written materials.
