Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent with 5 years relevant experience in related field; MS degree preferred
- Demonstrated experience developing systems for content management
- Hands-on experience with a major content management system (eg, FileNet, Documentum, MOSS)
- 4 or more years of object oriented software design (OOD) and development
- 3 or more years of experience with writing and evaluating software for healthcare security and privacy compliance
- 3 or more years of experience with security and privacy rules and standards including HIPAA, JACO, CCHIT, and FDA.
- 3 or more years of experience with security certification and accredidation processes.
- 1 or more years experience leading software development teams

- Excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, interpersonal and team building skills
- Ability to rapidly assimilate new technologies and be able to communicate effectively with various teams
- Proven ability to drive projects with medium to large scope and complexity
- Demonstrated ability to systematically gather relevant information from different sources to address issues and make prompt and insightful decisions
- Experience with the following technologies strongly preferred:
- Healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, HL7 CDA, and DICOM
- Electronic business standards including XML and SOAP
- Relational database development
- Agile development methodologies, Clear Case, Clear Quest, Junit, CI Factory, SOAP-UI and Fitnesse, Subversion, Internet standards including HTML and HTTP
