Successful Performance

The Project Manager will be directly responsible for managing the execution of identified multifamily and senior development opportunities. The Project Manager’s responsibilities will include assisting the Senior Developer with the execution of; financing/underwriting, public approvals, site review, land planning, selection of architect and contractor and construction supervision.    The Project Manager will manage all third party professionals as the owners’ representative, with oversight from the Senior Developer.

 

Job Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for the following areas: 

  • Preparing financing applications, accountable for the quality of the application and deadlines
  • Working with lenders and investors on all developmental due diligence
  • Accountable for development budgets and time lines.
  • Attend all meetings regarding the public approval processes
  • Acting as the owners’ representative during construction
  • Managing key third party relationships, e.g. architects and construction firms
Requirements

Required Education and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Direct multifamily and/or senior housing real estate development experience including conventional and/or government agency financing, acquisition/rehab, new construction and refinancing.
  • Willing to drive administrative functions within the development process
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Experience working with third party relationships
  • Self-motivated, strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
