PROFESSIONAL CLINICAL COORDINATOR
Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, located in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago and easily accessible from the city’s Brown “L" Line, is a 551-bed facility and is only one of four Level I trauma centers in the city of Chicago, Illinois Masonic Medical Center also has a 30-bed neonatal intensive care unit and Level III perinatal center, providing the most sophisticated care to high-risk mothers and babies. With community outreach programs that touch more than 70,000 people annually, Illinois Masonic Medical Center has set up classes, health fairs and wellness programs, with two school-based health centers, a mobile dental van, an autism treatment program, and deaf and hard of hearing services, as well as a Hispanocare program that provides discounted services and up to $20,000 in scholarships. Illinois Masonic Medical Center has a comprehensive cardiovascular surgery program and uses a multidisciplinary team approach to the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
The Professional Clinical Coordinator plan, provide and evaluate the educational process in patient care settings. To ensure competent staff and overall compliance with regulatory agencies. To facilitate associate professional development through clinical consultation, support of various nursing initiatives and ongoing communication and collaboration with clinical management.
Qualifications:
Master�s degree in education, business, nursing, or health-related field.
5 years relevant critical experience.
2 years teaching or management experience.
Current Illinois RN license.
BLS instructor.
