Inbound Call Center / Customer Service Representatives

Provide information to callers regarding plan eligibility and benefits

Full training is provided

Duties:

·         Respond to member inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner

·         Project a professional company image through phone interaction

·         Utilize call center technology to input, track and report customer issues

·         Identify, research, and resolve customer issues as needed

·         Follow-up on inquiries that are not immediately resolved

Pay and Position Status:

·         Temp to Hire Position - 12.00 per hour / 13.00 per hour if bilingual

Requirements:

·         Must be available to work ANY shift from 8:00AM through 10:30PM

·         Required to work two weekends per month, schedules posted monthly

·         High School diploma or equivalent

·         25-30 WPM typing ability

·         previous customer service experience required...call center preferred, training provided

·         A sincere desire to assist customers with their concerns

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Ability to multi-task, use multiple sources of information, and prioritize

·         Ability to navigate multiple screens/programs on a computer

·         Legally able to work in the United States

·         Minimum of 18 years of age
