Therapist

Provide mental health services and group treatment to youth and families in outpatient or home based services. Includes, but not limited to appropriate treatment planning, diagnostic assessment, substance abuse treatment and ISP goals. Responsible for submitting all required paperwork to include accurate billing forms, time sheets and case notes. Will serve as local community liaison to link clients with appropriate services. Must be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for on-call duties.

Base Pay: $35,000.00 Plus Additional Compensation for Relevant Work Experience
