Sales Representative / Dealer Trainee - Franchisee Assistant

Enjoy an outside sales environment where no two days are alike. Learn the Snap-on life as a Franchisee Assistant. You’ll be helping a Snap-on franchise owner with day-to-day sales, operations, & route management, allowing you to learn the business firsthand. You’ll start with the basics including computer training on entering sales, collections, weekly closeouts, etc., as well as tool repair, maintaining inventory and displaying tools on the mobile store.

As you move on to learn the business itself, you’ll work directly with customers, assisting in sales and collections and helping them figure out their exact tool and tool storage needs. When you get more confident, you may actually run the business by yourself under the owner’s supervision.
