Seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve the financial needs of the military community

As the Customer Service Rep, you are primarily responsible for assisting each military service member that enters or calls the Loan Production Office (LPO).  You will quickly gains and use in-depth product knowledge to answer their questions and proactively sells company products and services that meet their needs.  You actively provide assistance to each service member during the application process and effectively and efficiently utilize the company’s online loan system to input and access their information.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED required

  • One year of retail sales or banking experience preferred

  • ·Prior experience working with military service members preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Obtain Break the Debt certification within the first 90 days of employment

  • Obtain Certified Credit Report Reviewer certification within six months of employment

  • Effectively organize and manage multiple tasks

  • Able to read and clearly explain documents relating to products offered to service members

  • Exercise considerable judgment and discretion in safeguarding company and service member information

  •  Able to establish and maintain good working relationships

  • Effective communication skills (in-person,  telephone, and written correspondence)

  • Demonstrated people skills and ability to listen and understand the service member’s needs, and determine appropriate product(s) and service(s)

  • Must operate with high integrity and in compliance with state laws & company policies
