Job Description: The RN works collaboratively to coordinate the delivery of care and is responsible for managing outcomes. Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills, along with the understanding of principles of growth and development to provide appropriate care.

Requirements
The RN must have strong critical thinking, decision-making, communications, and interpersonal skills. You must be able to accurately assess a patient’s condition and needs, develop a solid strategy to care for that patient, and competently perform a wide range of high-level skills.
RN Requirements:
- Atleast 1 year experience
- Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing
- Current unrestricted licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in LA to which assigned and current CPR certification
- Evidence of an accredited school of nursing
- Able to perform physical requirements of job.
