Description
Major, progressive company in the Chicago area is searching for a Director of Customer Support (Plastics Engineering).
Requirements
- BS Degree in Engineering is a must – Plastics or Packaging
- Willingness to travel up to 75%
- Thorough knowledge of plastic manufacturing: large injection molded parts a plus.
- Experience in working in a production environment
- Experience in working with subcontractors
- Proven track record in the job of at least 5 years
- Having excellent communication skills
- Being able to work in an international environment
- Excellent problem solving skills and background within customer service or logistics would be helpful.
