Power Financial Credit Union is looking for:
Call Center Representatives to provide high quality member service by building relationships and partnering with members to meet needs, by handling new and existing member requests quickly and accurately over the phone and adhering to credit union policies and procedures. Call Center Representatives are responsible for educating and referring new and existing credit union members to credit union products and services in an effort to maintain member loyalty and retention. Call Center Representatives are trained to cross sell and process consumer loan requests, process transactions and reach sales and service goals.

Part time employees will work approximately 20 hours per week (the schedule includes Saturdays 8:30a.m. -1:00p.m
We want employees that will be dedicated to satisfying the needs of our members:
Phone Center Representatives will:
- Ensure that members receive prompt, courteous attention
- Analyze, address,and adjust errors and satisfactorily solve problems
- Assess members’ financial needs, educate members about the features and benefits of potential Credit Union products
- Suggest or promote alternative products and services
- Navigate computerized systems for information gathering and tracking
- Open accounts and distribute account information to backoffice departments for the completion of account asociated paperwork.
- Process requests for account transfers, close accounts, wire transfers, check orders, and stop payments through the capabilities of computer systems.
- Attend training classes to improve skills
- Recommend enhancements to improve workflow processes in the phone center and dissemination of work to the back office.
