REGIONAL QUALITY ASSURANCE COORDINATOR
Kansas City, MO

SouthernCare, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Assurance Coordinator for our C2 region (Des Moines IA, Excelsior Springs MO, Green Bay WI, Lawrence KS, Madison WI, Pittsburg KS, St. Louis MO, Wichita KS).

This person will be responsible for comprehensive data analysis with ongoing comprehensive review of medical record documentation to ensure compliance with State/Federal Rules and Regulations; SouthernCare Policies and Procedures and Discipline-Specific Standards of Practice. This person will create the Plan of Correction based on the audit for each office. This person will be responsible for education with the staff about trends found during the audit process. Works with the Clinical Director to ensure Plan of Correction is completed.

Requirements Requirements:
• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Licensed as a registered nurse in the state of employment preferred.
• One year of hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Strong desire for self-improvement and willing to teach with a positive goal in mind.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance coverage.
• Overnight travel required.
