Today, we are seeking an Entry-level Customer Service Representative/Receptionist/Data Entry for our location in Charlotte, NC.

Description:

• Provide quality customer service while effectively responding to customer calls and inquiries regarding network providers. 
• Exceed client expectations regarding quality and service levels.

Responsibilities:

include but are not limited to:

• Effectively quoting accurate provider and benefit information to members.
• Handling routine customer service issues and referring any escalated concerns to a team leader while providing the utmost courtesy to all callers.

Requirements:

• Excellent computer skills
• Self motivation and strong work ethic
• Effective problem solving skills
• Strong verbal communication and ability to convey information clearly\
• High School diploma

 Desired:

• Bi-Lingual fluency in Spanish and English
• Knowledge of medical terms
• Familiarity with phone techniques and skills
• Knowledge of TXEN system
