Telesales Insurance Representatives

Colonial Penn Life Insurance Company, a top insurer located in Old City, is looking for experienced Telesales Representatives to join its Sales team.

As a frontline representative, you will be responsible for making follow-up sales calls to potential customers; no cold calling.

Telesales Representatives also handle inbound customer calls.

Consistent exceptional sales results may yield a work at home opportunity.

Successful candidates will:

• Have excellent oral and written communication skills

•  

  Possess a desire to help seniors understand their life insurance options

•  

  Have 1 or more years of call center experience in a fast-paced environment

• Be an enthusiastic member of a team of professional insurance representatives
• Be competent with computer systems

•  

  Have some college, a PA life and/or health insurance license is highly preferred, but not required

•  

  Bilingual a plus

•  

  Be able to work 2 Saturdays a month.

Representatives are required to obtain life insurance licensing within six months of hire.
