Director of Quality Assurance, Human Services

Requirements - Quality Assurance Human Services Director :

  • College degree plus 5 years experience in direct care and management of human service programs required.
  • There are no direct day to day operational responsibilities.
  • Strong working knowledge of management systems is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written (narrative and statistical) reporting skills and fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
  • Must have the ability to direct/implement multiple priorities/tasks in a dynamic environment.


Education Level:

MPA, M.Ed, or MBA required or in progress
