Job Requirements

We currently have an opportunity for a MDS Coordinator with Brian Center Wallace, located on the beautiful coast of North Carolina.     



MDS - RN required. Must have 3-5 years MDS experience, prefer Long-term care experience.  Manage MDS, RAI process and MDS staff.
