We are currently seeking a 1 ½ year contract Helpdesk Engineer (Web Hosted Software Experience) for our Fortune 500 client located in the Alpharetta, GA Market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day to day issue resolution

 

Tasks include but are not limited to

  • Resourceful in gathering information to resolve customer problems.

  • Provide phone-based consulting/training for customers on how to implement my client internet-based application

  • Answer customer support inquiries via phone and email

  • Troubleshoot user problems (internet, fax, printer & scanner)

  • Assist customer in software downloads, and updates

  • Assist in user setup and system configuration/administration



job Requirements

Requirements for Consideration

  • Experience conducting hardware and software support
  • Experience supporting web hosted software. This should be communicated within the resume
  • Knowledge of MS Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
  • Superior communications and speaking skills, and excellent skills working with customers on the phone and in person
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills to be an active and supportive member of the team.
  • Excellent knowledge of internet applications and advanced PC skills
  • Scanner hardware knowledge is a plus but not required
  • Oracle CRM experience is a plus but not required
