Work in clean room to assemble new or fabricated parts at floor stations. May work at different workstations as production needs require, or shifts from one station to another, during the manufacturing process. Responsible for basic processes of manufacturing.
Essential Functions:
Work in Clean Room to do the following:
- Responsible for manufacturing processes such as: aluminizing, developing, patterning, inspecting, etching, cleaning, soldering, and calibrating.
- Tracking parts and processes during production queue and ensuring quality of final product.
Identifies units that fail quality tests or tolerance levels and makes changes to parts or equipment as necesarry.
- Measures performance of parts and equipment.
- Cleans and inspects finished parts.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
- Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
- Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
