Description
This position if responsible for maintaining international trade compliance reporting; reviews contracts, bids, proposals and vendor agreements for trade compliance policies; directs and coordinates reporting of international procurement of commodities from outside the United States, from intent to purchase through delivery of the commodity; all while maintaining the highest code of ethics and conduct.
- Plans, organizes, and controls activities related to the international trade compliance function.
- Designs, implements, manages, and monitors procurement reporting systems to meet company requirements.
- Exercising oversight of work performed by customs brokers and other service providers.
- Reviews contracts, bids, proposals, and vendor agreements for trade compliance acceptability.

Requirements
Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in International Business or similar field, prefer Masters. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience Requirement: Four years related experience in international trade should include working knowledge of:
- Harmonized Tariff Schedule classification
- NAFTA rules of origin, bills of materials and the like
- Prefer experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of MS office, accounting software, inventory software, Design software, order processing systems, project management software.
