RECRUITING MANAGER – SALES PROFESSIONAL

 

Systems Research, Inc. (SRI) increases bottom-line profit through talent acquisition. SRI offers a full suite of global human capital solutions, conducting thorough needs analysis, carrying out broad and deep searches and delivering the best talent in industry. SRI builds better companies.

 

Core responsibilities include:

  • Promote SRI and close business by selling themselves, SRI and our services; develop a portfolio of clients by building high powered relationships.
  • Business development and search execution. Actively participate in search strategy; develop target companies; obtain appropriate industry specific resources, business development information, and industry, market, and company trends.
  • Establish strong professional relationships through networking to identify top-tier talent; obtain their credentials via networking software, search engines, blogs, directories, and cold calling.
  • Evaluate competencies, background, and skills; determine candidate suitability for submittal. Provide detailed and comprehensive notes and database information.
  • Drive searches to successful completion; ensuring top-tier candidates are delivered to the client.
  • Role requires strong desktop research, written, computer and organizational skills.

Job Requirements 

RECRUITING MANAGER - SALES PROFESSIONAL

Skills:
4+ years experience in B2B sales - recruiting or Executive Search experience a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A high degree of professionalism
Superior communication skills
Experience with candidate tracking databases, MS Word and MS Excel.
