Requirements

This at-will position is responsible for assisting with growing the company’s business through building relationships with various facilities and facilitating traveler placement.  Adheres to company mission and values.

 

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospects and contacts new client facilities in specific geographic areas to solicit business.
  • Contacts new leads to introduce the advantages of RN Network’s services.
  • Responds to client’s inquiries regarding services the company provides.
  • Generates and sends company information and marketing materials to potential clients.
  • Writes client contracts and ensures client execution of contracts for new and renewing facilities.
  • Assists in developing marketing strategies and markets new contracts to recruiters and existing travelers.
  • Works with recruiters and travelers with regards to placements at client facilities.
  • Travels to attend seminars and conventions to represent the company.
  • Meets daily and weekly goals as set by supervisor
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

 

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum of one year experience in the direct sales of professional products or services.
  • Experience successfully influencing mid to high level decision makers for contracting of professional business services or products.
  • Professional level written and oral communication skills.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to understand professional level service needs, client practice, and traveler credentials.
  • Ability to understand and interpret financial data.
  • Conceptually and mathematically able to compute and understand profit margins.

Experience & Education: 

  • College level education or equivalent work experience.
