- Machinery Dealer Development Sales Manager MN, WI, IA
- Current states covered by this region include: N. Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Successful candidate must be willing to reside in the central part of this region.
- Must absolutley have at least three years current experience in the sales and marketing of agricultural equipment or related agricultural products.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Farm background preferred.
- Demonstrated skills in motivating and directing field sales activities.
- Above average verbal and written communication skills.
- Above average interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Frequent and extensive overnight travel required.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints.
Manages all Product sales, Repair Parts support, Product promotion and training activities within an assigned Sales District to ensure attainment of Company’s objectives. As directed by the Sales Manager; develops and implements long range plans for the strategic development of the Dealer network within the assigned Sales District. Monitors Dealer accounts to maintain the required security in Company assets (Dealer receivables) and to ensure timely remittance of all amounts owed to the Company.
