Brief Description:

 

·        Work with assigned Field Marketing Managers to execute marketing activities

·        Independent planning and execution of local activities; must be proficient with all aspects of project/activity management/logistics

·        Process required documentation and system entries/updates on all activities in a timely manner as required within guidelines (contracts, PO’s, metrix, MOAB, OMO, etc)

·        Execute marketing activities within assigned budget allocations

·        Timely and professional communication of project/activity status and updates, and notify activity owner (FMM) of any required adjustments/concerns to timing, budgets, etc.

·        Secure content from FMM and facilitate the development of print and html invitations/communications, registration set-up, list procurement, and mail house delivery with e-Marketing team and appropriate vendors

·        Secure mailing lists, giveaways, signage, and magazines as needed and other projects/activity related items and ship as necessary

·        Onsite point of contact for overall logistics at assigned marketing activities

·        Use of multiple Oracle Proprietary systems and other applications (eg. Dreamweaver, Excel, Word, OMO, ERS, MOAB, etc.) to produce events, communications, reports, etc

·        40-75% travel required within the US and Canada

 

 

 

Preferred Requirements:

 

·        Minimum 2 years event management experience; marketing background a plus;

·        Expertise in project management, organizational and written/verbal communication skills;

·        Solid understanding of planning, negotiation, and execution of marketing activities;

·        Must demonstrate a professional appearance and demeanor

·        Strong attention to details

·        Works well independantly with the ability to maintain close relationship with team (team player and a “can-do" attitude)

·        Ability to work with all levels of internal and external customers at all organizational levels (Oracle/Customer executives, virtuals teams, vendors, etc)

·        Proficient in a variety applications (Excel, Word, email), internal systems as well as HTML tools (eg. Dreamweaver);

·        Role may be based in regional office (non-HQ) and requires close coordination with virtual team;

·        Position; reports to Sr. Lead Field Marketing Program Managerr, North America Programs while supporting assigned FMM’s and projects as assigned
