Family Nurse Practitioner

(1) Family Nurse Practitioner (FT-Exempt) 8:30a – 5p Little Mountain Family Health.  Working in a Doctors office the Family Nurse Practitioner is an advanced practice nurse who performs comprehensive health assessments, orders and interprets diagnostic tests and procedures, uses differential diagnosis, and orders, provides and evaluates the outcomes of medical interventions. 

 

(1) Family Nurse Practitioner (FT-Exempt) 1p – 9p Emergency Room Fast Track.  Working in a Emergency Department Fast Track the Family Nurse Practitioner is an advanced practice nurse who performs comprehensive health assessments, orders and intereprets diagnostic tests and procedures, uses differentail diagnosis to reach a diagnosis, and orders, prvides and evaluates the outcomes of medical interventions.

(1) Family Nurse Practitioner (FT-Exempt) 8:30a – 5p Little Mountain Family Health.  Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a minimum of a Master’s degree.  Licensed by the South Carolina State Board of Nursing as an Advanced Practice Nurse with prescriptive authority.  Current specialty certification by the SC State Board – approved nurse Practitioner credentialing organization.
