Job Description

Our client in the Canton area is in need of customer service representatives with escalated call experience (dealing with irate callers, emergency calls, etc).

ALL candidates must be flexible to work:

DAYS: 5 days a week between Monday-Saturday

HOURS: Between 8am-8pm Monday-Friday 
                                  8am-5pm Saturday

***This position will start in late November with 3 weeks of training in Woodlawn***


Job Requirements

Tier II/Escalated call center experience

Accessibility to Canton and Woodlawn

Ability to work between 8am-8pm

Ability to work Saturdays

***Some college experience required***
