CHEESE PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (Wisconsin)

Job Requirements 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a similar field is preferred.
• Minimum of four years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the dairy industry.
• Ability to evaluate production/packaging processes and determine the most efficient method of accomplishing goals.
• Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
