Health Information Technology Instructor

National College’s Indianapolis, IN Campus is currently seeking applicants for adjunct faculty positions to serve our growing student population. All classes are held on campus.  Subject areas include Health Information Technology instructor: Must have a minimum of an Associate's in HIT with a RHIT or RHIA and 3 years experience in the field. Job Requirements 

A faculty teaching this course must have at least one of the following:

 

  • An associate degree in medical field with 3 years current work experience in a medical occupation.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • An associate degree in Information Technology, and 3 years' direct work experience in a healthcare field
  • Medical doctor
  • Juris doctorate
  • An associate degree in Health Information Technology, RHIT certification, and 3 years direct work experience in Health Information Technology
  • A bachelor degree in Health Information Administration, RHIA certification, and 3 years direct work experience in Health Information Technology
