Job Description 

Physical Therapy Assistant - Outpatient Location

 

A very reputable, privately owned outpatient organization is growing and is in need of hiring a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant.  The clinic has all the bells and whistles that a therapist looks for.  The right Physical Therapy Assistant would be joining a well established team.

 

The clinic is very state-of-the-art and you would have the opportunity to work with pediatrics through geriatrics.  The majority of the patients are post surgical and sports medicine and they also get a few worker's comp patients.  The organization truly promotes quality one-on-one patient care using both manual techniques and their up-to-date equipment.  The hours are very flexible and you would be working within a nice team environment.  The caseloads are very reasonable and you will be seeing patients through their entire continuity of care.  

 

This is a Monday through Friday position with an organization that really promotes a strong family feel.  The company offers their therapists very competitive salaries and full benefits packages that include, but are not limited to, medical and dental insurance, vacation, sick, and holiday time off, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, up to $1000 per year in continuing education funds, and a nice bonus program.

Job Requirements 

Physical Therapy Assistant - Outpatient Clinic
* Valid Pennsylvania PTA License or Ability to Apply for a Pennsylvania PTA License
* Solid Work History
* Good Work Ethic
* Outpatient Experience is Preferred But Not Necessary
* Experienced PTA is Preferred, but will consider a New Graduate with Quality Affiliations - Great Mentorship Program
