Job Description:
· Primarily handles all non-bankrupt Ultra High/High 61+ delinquent accounts in accordance with all investor and insurer regulations and guidelines to prevent foreclosure or financial losses to the investor and / or client.
· Works all non-bankruptcy delinquent accounts; handles accounts in loss mitigation and foreclosure workstation.
· Works inbound/outbound repay plan & foreclosure campaigns.
Required Experience/Skills:
· Minimum 1 year mortgage banking experience
· Two year call center experience.
· Requires the ability to converse with external clients representing the companies overall strategy and professionalism.
· State and regulatory guidelines met at all time including FDCPA, FCRA and all OTS requirements.
· Bi-lingual - a plus
Hours: The call center is open from 8-10 pm EST. The candidates must be able to work a shift within these hours. Agents will be working a rotating Saturday 8-4 pm once every 3-5 week. This is OT.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
