Senior Accounting Systems Consultant

NeoSystems, a professional services firm that specializes in providing total accounting solutions to government contractors, is seeking an individual that has experience implementing and managing accounting software, specifically Deltek’s GCS and/or Time & Expense.  The Senior GCS Consultant will perform accounting system implementations at NeoSystems’ client sites and will have overall responsibility for the consulting engagement. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and execution of implementation plans with clients.
• Implementation of Deltek GCS Premier, Costpoint and/or Time & Expense.
• Installation and troubleshooting of issues with these applications.
• Work directly with the client, managing project schedule and deliverables.
• Interface with all levels of management throughout consulting engagement.

• Knowledge of government contracting accounting required.
• Experience with Deltek GCS, and/or Time & Expense accounting software required.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
• Knowledge of Cognos Impromptu, Visio, MS Project preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and ability to work independently and to direct the work of others needed.
• Experience with writing queries in MS SQL and a working knowledge of WebLogic preferred.
• Up to 60% national travel may be required for this position.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.  CPA highly desired.
