Description Prepare and manage delivery of services in Community Care Alternatives programs and grants. Design and implement new policies and procedures to meet client needs and improve the delivery of services. Manage and evaluate the performance of professional and clerical staff. Develop and maintain a professional communication network in the community.

Requirements NJ licensed RN, NJ driver's license, BSN from an accredited NLN program, two-three years community health nursing, leadership and marketing abilities. MSN or MPH, prior management and HIV/AIDS experience, budgetary and gerontological experience preferred.
