We are currently seeking interested and motivated candidates for this exciting opportunity located in Arlington, VA.

In this role you’ll be responsible for:
-Ensuring that trained personnel properly apply DIACAP and Army Information
Assurance certification and accreditation regulations, standards and
procedures.
-Ensuring that the USAITA Connection Approval Procedures based on current
DISA requirements are applied to ensure that all customers are afforded the
best protection possible on the backbones.
-Providing technical support to DOD information system programs for
life cycle security support, from inception of the program through initial
accreditation.
-Developing a methodology and procedures to be followed by
accreditation personnel while providing life cycle security support.
-Participating in formal and ad hoc certification and accreditation
working groups where directed.
-Providing technical documentation required for the site
certification and accreditation process.
-Developing an on-line database that reflects the current status of
each accredited system and those systems requiring accreditation.
-Conducting technical analyses and documentation of DOD standard
systems security to include the requirements for COMPUSEC, COMSEC, OPSEC,
and TEMPEST.
-Monitoring the implementation of and compliance with, DIACAP C&A
standards within USAITA to ensure uniform application of the standards and
consistency in security of accredited DoD information systems.
-Developing certification and accreditation process tools.
-Conducting site security inspections and surveys.

Your experience includes:
-6-8 years of C&A and/or IA Experience
-4 year Bachelors Degree is Computer Science (preferred)
-Security + Certification
-Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills

Desired Certifications (not required):
-CISSP
-Secret Clearance
