Belk one of the most dynamic retailers in the Southeast, is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals for the position of Department Sales Manager in our Belk store in Winchester, VA. The ideal candidates must have the ability to achieve sales and profit goals, meet deadlines, promote company initiatives, and supervise and develop a sales staff. They should have a proven track record with large retail company or speciality store. Strong computer and organizational skills are a must.
Qualified candidates must:
* Four years college degree
* 3-5 years in retail management
* PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excell,and Lotus Notes
* Excellent supervisory, analytical and reasoning skills
