Description

Provide effective and "hands-on" supervision and leadership for 15+ warehouse personnel.
Supervise and coordinate daily distribution center activities, including but not limited to, staffing, scheduling, inventory management, receiving and put-away, order fulfillment, shipping, product returns and quality assurance.
Provide consistent leadership and feedback to all employees relating to attendance, quality and productivity performance.
Assists in screening and hiring of warehouse personnel.
Leads the new-hire training program.
Ensures work environment in the distribution center is respectful of all company personnel.
Lead by example, "Walk the Talk."
Maintains all distribution center employee performance records and performs all employee reviews.

Requirements

4 year college degree
Proven track record of supervising 10+ people.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with budgeting, scheduling and inventory management.
Knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations and compliance.
Proficient with Microsoft Office software applications.
Distribution center and WMS software experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work Monday through Friday with a "Whatever it Takes" attitude to provide the high level satisfaction that our customers are accustom to.
